After doing research on the effectiveness of various lasers for tattoo removal and having had exceptional results with the nano-second YAG machine, I decided to purchase a Q switched Picosecond YAG laser at the end of 2022.
The Pico second targets the ink for a much shorter time than the nano second laser, the theory being that this causes much less pain, and reduces the risk of the surrounding tissue heating up unnecessarily which reduces the risk of unwanted side effects whilst using precision focus of the YAG technology to target the ink itself.
